Privacy and Personal Data Policy
General provisions
Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter - "Policy") is aimed at protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals whose personal data is processed by ProSport & Travel LLC (hereinafter - "Operator"). The policy was developed in accordance with paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Art. 18.1 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006. No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter - Federal Law "On Personal Data"). The policy contains information to be disclosed in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 14 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data," and is a publicly available document.

About the operator
The operator is engaged in the organisation of sport events and tourism activities.

Personal Data Processing Information
The Operator processes personal data on a legal and fair basis to perform the functions, powers and duties assigned by law, exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator, and third parties. The operator receives personal data directly from personal data owners (hereinafter - "personal data"). The operator processes personal data in an automated and non-automated manner, using computer equipment and without such means. Personal data processing activities include collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, refinement, retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Customer Personal Data Processing
The Operator processes personal data of clients in the framework of legal relations with the Operator, regulated by Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation dated January 26, 1996 and Art. 14 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" (hereinafter - "customers"). The operator processes personal data of clients in order to comply with the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as with the purpose of: receiving appeals and applications from the personal data owner; informing about new products, services, special promotions and offers; conclusion and execution of the contract terms; The Operator shall process the personal data of the customers with their consent provided by the customers and/or their legal representatives by performing conclusive actions on this website, including, but not limited to, the execution of the order/request, subscription to the mailing in accordance with this Policy. The operator processes personal data of customers no longer than the purpose of processing personal data requires, unless otherwise provided by the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The operator can process the following personal data of clients: last name, first name, patronymic; address; telephone number; email address. Special categories of personal data are not processed: race, nationality; political views, religious or philosophical beliefs; health and intimate life.

Personal Data Security Information
The Operator, when processing personal data, takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures or ensures their adoption to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data. Measures to ensure the security of personal data during its processing, applied by the Operator, are planned and implemented in order to ensure compliance with the requirements given in Article 19 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data." In accordance with Article 18.1 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data," the Operator independently determines the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure compliance with the requirements of the legislation.

Rights of personal data owners
Personal data owner has the right to:
- to receive personal data related to this subject and information related to their processing;
- to clarify, block or destroy his personal data if they are incomplete, obsolete, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
- to withdraw the consent given by him to the processing of personal data;
- to protect their rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for damages and compensation for non-pecuniary damage in court;
- to appeal the Operator's actions or omissions to the authorised organisations for protection of rights of personal data owners or in court.

To execute their rights and legitimate interests, personal data owners have the right to contact the Operator personally or with the help of a representative, in order to provide a written request.
